Our firms have worked in Portland since 1917 and on CMGC projects here since 1998 with the support of local small and disadvantaged businesses. Our team has consistently exceeded DBE goals on federally funded heavy civil projects in Portland. We continue to develop and expand firm capacity and are always looking for new firms to grow with us.

During the preconstruction phase we will be seeking firms to provide the following:
